The AshCreek Clubhouse may be rented as a facility or per room. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed until secured with a signed rental agreement, the deposit, and rental fee. Rental rooms are as follows:
The AshCreek Room
An elegant 42' x 42' room that can seat up to 125. Included are 5 tall round cocktail tables with bar stools; a wet bar; a seating area with two sofas, two chairs, end tables; a wide screen tv; a vcr; and a stereo.
The Virginia Room
A 22' x 52' room that has two dividers should your event need to be sectioned off for privacy. The full room seats 75. This room may be rented in it's entirety or per section.
The Conference Room
An 11' x 11' conference room seating up to 8 around a rectangle 8' x 3.5' conference table.
Kitchen
Your rental fee includes shared access to the kitchen unless you have reserved the entire facility. Appliances include refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and of course a sink area. The kitchen has a window that provides access for your caterer to pass food to the AshCreek Room.
Tables and Chairs
Folding tables (6ft & 8ft) and folding chairs are available with your rental.
