| Placing your advertisement in our monthly newsletter, the Tales from the Creek, is a wonderful way to advertise your business. Our newsletter is delivered to approximately 648 residents on the first of each month. Please see the details below for various ad sizes and procedures. |

Non-Residents: $15
Ads should be 25 words or less and space is limited.
Residents are requested to promptly notify the Property Manager to remove ads when items are sold.

Advertising quarterly or annually, a savings is included in the price listed. In addition, your ad can be placed on our public website with your approval. Please request this at time of placing your ad.
Deadline to submit an ad is the 15th of the month prior to publication.
Ads may be submitted as a JPEG file, publisher file or word document to Tales From The Creek by clicking here, delivered to the Clubhouse office on a cd, or as camera ready artwork.
Advertisers are responsible for making all ad changes in writing. Advertisers must notify the Property Manager to cancel or continue monthly ads.
The AshCreek Property Owners Association is not responsible for any errors made during the printing process. Advertisers may request to proof their ad prior to publication.
